Rodney is the Chief Executive/Founder of the Institute. He is a Fellow Member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds Practice Certificate with the body. He holds an MA in Accounting & Finance (University of Huddersfield, UK), B.Sc. (Hons) in Applied Accounting (Oxford Brookes University, UK) and a number of specialist certificates which includes sustainability reporting, sustainability assurance and Climate Change. He is a Doctoral Candidate for a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with Herriot Watt University (Scotland). He is a former University Lecturer and has great passion in Sustainability and Sustainable Development. He served 6 years as a Stakeholders Council Member of GRI (The Netherlands) and has great international exposure is difference fields. He has membership of GRI Africa – Advisory Group (South Africa), ACCA Global Forum on Sustainability (England), Institute of Director Zimbabwe and Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) – Listings Committee. He also a registered Public Accountant in Zimbabwe and has published a number of research documents and papers.
Linda Chimombo is our data analyst and holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Zimbabwe and B.Sc. Special honours in Monitoring and Evaluation from Lupane University. She is responsible for sustainability data analysis, advisory reviews, reports drafting, team leading, and client engagement. Linda is currently pursuing a professional courses in data analytics.
Sharon is our Business Development Officer and holds a B.Sc. in Marketing from Midlands state University. She is responsible for marketing, brand exposure, coordinating trainings, stakeholder engagement and sourcing for business opportunities.
Diana is our Sustainability Consultant. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Environmental Science and Technology from Chinhoyi University of Technology. She is responsible for sustainability data collection, analysis, validation, compilations, initial reviews, client engagement, and initial report drafting.
Faith is our Sustainability Associate. She is currently studying ACCA with Premier Business School. She is responsible for sustainability data collection, analysis, validation, compilation, reviews, and initial sustainability reports drafting in addition to other financial roles.
Shelter is our Business Development and Operations Executive. She holds a Ms.c in Business Administration from the University of Zimbabwe and is currently a student at IPMZ. She is also an associate member of the Institute of Personnel Management of Zimbabwe. She is responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate new business opportunities, establish partnerships and secure funding for the organisations’s projects and programs.
Eugenia is our Sustainability Consultant. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Finance and Banking from the University of Zimbabwe. Her roles within the company include sustainability data collection, analysis, validation, compilations, initial reviews, client engagement, and initial report drafting.
Rejoice Mungani is our Finance Officer who holds a B.Sc Honours Degree in Accounting from Chinhoyi
University of Technology. She is responsible for overseeing the financial transactions, developing
budgets, monitoring day to day transactions and preparing financial reports for the organisation.
Rufaro is our Sustainability Consultant who holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Environmental Science and
Sustainability from Marondera University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology. She is responsible for
sustainability data collection, analysis, validation, compilations, initial reviews, client engagement, and
initial report drafting.
Letwin Garutsa is our Finance Assistant. She holds a B.Sc Honours in Accounting from Chinhoyi
University of Technology. She is responsible for assisting in preparation of financial statements,
managing internal and external audits, managing procurement process, implementing and applying
internal control systems and policies and preparing statutory returns such as ZIMRA and NSSA.
