  1. Sustainability Consultant (Assurance)
    The position will involve providing internal and external assurance of sustainability reports. Candidate should hold a degree in Accounting or auditing and working towards attaining professional qualification (ACCA/CA-Articled Clerk), with 2-3 years auditing experience.
  2. Training Co-ordinator
    The position will involve coordinating, marketing and organising training and events of the Institute, and be involved in brand exposure activities. Candidate should hold a degree in Human Resources or a related qualification with 2-3 years’ work experience.
  3. Executive Assistant
    The Position will involve office management, facilitating Board and Management meetings, personnel oversight, marketing, stakeholder engagements, communication, and supporting the Chief Executive’s function. Candidate should possess an MBA or Master’s degree in business or management related discipline with 3 years in similar position, critical thinking, excellent planning and management skills, problems solving abilities, and results driven. Those with undergraduate degrees with experience can also apply.
  4. Programs/Research Assistant
    The Position will involve projects implementation and research. Candidate should hold an Economic or Development Studies or other relevant social science degree with 2-3 years’ experience in the function.
  5. Finance Assistant

    Supports daily financial operations with a sustainability focus. Requires Accounting/Finance degree, Excel proficiency (willing to learn accounting software), and strong organizational skills. Duties include invoice processing, basic bookkeeping, record maintenance, and expense reports.

  6. Training and Development Coordinator

    Designs, delivers, and evaluates sustainability training programs across Africa, focusing on reporting, governance, and green accounting. Requires bachelor’s in environmental management, sustainability, accounting, or finance (Master’s preferred); professional certifications in GRI/SASB, CA/ACCA/CIMA, or ISO 14001; and 3+ years in sustainability/ESG training, auditing, or finance with IFRS S1/S2, GRI, and IPSAS knowledge.

  7. INSAF Graduate Trainee Programme (Sustainability Associate)

    Hands-on training in sustainability reporting, assurance, and financial services. For recent graduates with business-related degree (e.g., accountancy, economics, environmental sciences), 1 year industrial attachment, and skills in critical thinking, analysis, communication, and business development. Harare-based, fixed-term; closes 11 February 2026.
