Rodney is the Chief Executive/Founder of the Institute. He is a Fellow Member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds Practice Certificate with the body. He holds an MA in Accounting & Finance (University of Huddersfield, UK), B.Sc. (Hons) in Applied Accounting (Oxford Brookes University, UK) and a number of specialist certificates which includes sustainability reporting, sustainability assurance and Climate Change. He is a Doctoral Candidate for a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with Herriot Watt University (Scotland). He is a former University Lecturer and has great passion in Sustainability and Sustainable Development. He served 6 years as a Stakeholders Council Member of GRI (The Netherlands) and has great international exposure is difference fields. He has membership of GRI Africa – Advisory Group (South Africa), ACCA Global Forum on Sustainability (England), Institute of Director Zimbabwe and Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) – Listings Committee. He also a registered Public Accountant in Zimbabwe and has published a number of research documents and papers.
Chipo is our Administrator. She has a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Africa University. She is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily business activities.
Diana is our Sustainability Consultant. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Environmental Science and Technology from Chinhoyi University of Technology. She is responsible for sustainability data collection, analysis, validation, compilations, initial reviews, client engagement, and initial report drafting.
Faith is our Sustainability Associate. She is currently studying ACCA with Premier Business School. She is responsible for sustainability data collection, analysis, validation, compilation, reviews, and initial sustainability reports drafting in addition to other financial roles.
Aashleigh is our Business Development Associate. She holds a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) degree in Electronic Commerce from the Harare Institute of Technology. She is responsible for marketing, brand exposure, coordinating trainings, establishing partnerships and sourcing for business opportunities.
Eugenia is our Sustainability Consultant. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Finance and Banking from the University of Zimbabwe. Her roles within the company include sustainability data collection, analysis, validation, compilations, initial reviews, client engagement, and initial report drafting.
Tyla is our Sustainability Consultant who holds a BA in Development and Environment and a BA (Hons) in Geography and Environmental Studies from Stellenbosch University. She is responsible for sustainability data collection, analysis, validation, compilations, initial reviews, client engagement, and initial report drafting.
Rutendo is our Finance and Operations Officer, a Chartered Global Management Accountant with extensive financial management experience. She is responsible for financial management, external audits management, operations and procurement, preparation of financial statements, budgetary controls, monitoring internal control systems, and statutory returns.
Phillipa Kudzai Mukozho is our Finance and I.T Assistance. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Financial and Accounting Systems Development and Applications from the University of Zimbabwe. She is responsible for assisting in preparation of financial statements, managing procurement process, IT control systems, and preparing statutory returns. She also provides support for financial software, assist in conducting computer system audits, and implementing the IT policy.
Rujeko Chiwanza is our Sustainability Team Lead. She holds a B.Sc. in Geography honours in Human Environment from the University Of Zimbabwe (UZ) and an M.Sc. in Climate Change and Food Systems. She is responsible for leading sustainability advisory services delivery and coordinating advisory teams.
Upenyu is our Sustainability Assurance Associate. He is an ACCA affiliate. He is responsible for sustainability data collection, analysis, validation, compilation, reviews, and initial sustainability reports drafting and sustainability assurance.
